Back in the Gym after a Car Accident

My name is Preston, I was in a car accident and have been having back and neck pain for over 4 months. I had stiffness and reduced mobility in both my back and neck. I had to reduce the amount of weights I could lift at the gym due to the pain I was having when working out. I had pain even when I tried to sleep. Before coming to see Dr. Hifai I was just taking ibuprofen, icing my back and trying to get into the hot tub or taking hot baths for relief that was not working.

Before starting care with Dr. Hifai I was concerned if Chiropractic care would give me permanent relief or just a temporary fix. But, since starting care, all my areas of concern have improved, and the pain has gone done and I am back to the gym lifting weights like before my car accident. I think if I did not try Chiropractic care, I would still have reduced mobility and that constant pain in my neck and back. I also think I would not be able to work out the way I wanted too. I would recommend you see Dr. Hifai and at least give Chiropractic care a try if you are having pains like I was, there are not many downsides to Chiropractic care and not much to worry about here.

I have been a Chiropractic patient since November 2021. I was in a head on collision and was in a lot of pain when I came in to see Dr. Samila H. Hifai, DC. Hifai, DC I went to Urgent care, and they just gave me medication that I took but continued to have pain. Today is 1.19.22 and I can do all my hobbies and normal activities that I could not do since the accident.I am sure I would still be in a lot of pain and struggling with my daily activities if I didn’t try chiropractic care. Dr. Samila H. Hifai, DC is very thorough with her treatments and treats you like a person, not just another patient. The staff is also so incredibly nice. They are open on Saturdays, which is great for people needing weekend appointments. This office/location offers Chiropractic Therapy, Acupuncture, and Massage. I've done the Chiropractic Therapy and Massage and both have done wonders for my healing after my auto accident. All of the masseuses are a blessing, but for what I needed (as far as technique), Meredith was/is my favorite. I definitely recommend this office for your therapy!

I have been coming to Hifai Chiropractic for years. I went for routine adjustments and never stopped. I love the way my back and neck feel after adjustments. I also got into a small car accident and she took care of my son and I. She made sure we got proper treatment and worked with my insurance company. I really did not do anything, which was great because who had time to work with insurance companies? Not only do I go to her, so do my kids. They are in sports so they would come to her for an alignment and they love her. They looked forward to their appointments. My whole family sees her. I never hesitate to recommend her. Many of my colleagues go to her as well. I highly recommend this place for all chiropractic needs. Atmosphere: when you walk into Hifai Chiropractic the atmosphere is great. It's quiet and inviting. The staff is ready to greet you and there is music and magazines. Service: customer service is great. All the staff members are very friendly and knowledgeable. She has a massage therapist as well that you can see. I love going there for deep tissue massages. Prices: prices of adjustments are great for me. I have insurance through my work so I only pay $10. The prices for massages are also reasonable and they are always having specials, depending on the holidays.

Dr. Samila H. Hifai, DC is the best out there. She resolved a neck issue I had due to a car accident, as well as repair damage done by another chiropractor prior to moving to San Diego. She is incredibly knowledgeable of the body as a whole. She takes into to consideration your particular issues and addresses them carefully and successfully. Can't recommend her enough.
