Before I came to Dr. Samila H. Hifai, DC I could not move my neck freely without pain. Also I would get back pain from golf. Now I am able to play golf with no pain or stiffness and move my neck with no issues. I walk my dog 2 hours a day, swim every other day, and golf once or twice a week. I also do not have the stiffness in my lower back after sitting in the car for long drives.
