Dr. Samila Hifai - San Diego Chiropractor
Hello, I am Dr. Samila H. Hifai, a graduate of Palmer West College of Chiropractic, Class of 2002, where I was awarded the clinical excellence award of my class. As a National Certified Doctor of Chiropractic I enjoy practicing Diversifed Chiropractic along with Activator and SOT blocking techniques. I received my undergraduate degree from San Jose State University where I attained a degree in Biology with minors in both Business and Chemistry. While at San Jose State University I was awarded an athletic scholarship and competed for their NCAA division 1 gymnastics team, therefore I enjoy treating athletes and perform Student Athlete Physicals for Westview and Mount Carmel High Schools here in San Diego. Our office provides Chiropractic Care, Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nutritional Assessments, Exercise Rehabilitation and more. I enjoy treating all age groups and love treating the whole family. I love working with my community and we are always trying to give back working with the San Diego Food bank, Becky’s House, AJs Kids Crane and more. My name is Kari Medina; I am a medical assistant and I graduated from Concord Career College in November 2009. I started working for Dr.Hifai December 2009 and I automatically loved working here. The staff and the patients here are very nice and friendly. Hello, my name is Yolanda Ledford, and I have been working with Hifai Chiropractic Wellness Center since February 2011. I have three years working in the Massage field. My background is Wholesale Lending. I am very happy that I chose Holistic Health and Massage for my career change. I am trained in Relaxation Massage which includes Swedish deep/soft tissue, Thai, Lomi, Lomi, Stone,Stress Relief,Sports,,Myofasical Release, Reflexology, and Chair Massage. I am also trained in Therapeutic Massage which includes Trigger Point, Pressure Point, and Pain Relief Massage. My name is Meredith Farmer, and I’m a Massage Practitioner. I graduated from UEI College with my Massage Certification in May 2011, and my favorite massage to perform is deep tissue. I will be taking my National Certification in September. I started working for Hifai Chiropractic in July 2011, and I am very much looking forward to adding to this already exceptional team. As a military spouse, former English teacher, and cancer survivor, I can safely say that the massage field provides some of the most rewarding experiences I have ever been through: both on and off the table.
